How quickly do you respond to urgent issues?
For genuine urgent issues like active water leaks, safety concerns, or lockouts, I do my best to respond right away and let you know if I can get to the property promptly. Routine and time-sensitive requests are usually handled within normal daylight hours.
What information should I include when I contact you?
A short description of what is happening, the general location of the property, and how urgent it feels is a great start. Once we move to text or email, photos are extremely helpful so I can quickly understand what you are seeing on site.
Which areas do you serve?
I primarily serve Waldport, Bayshore, and the Alsea Bay area. For nearby spots along the central Oregon coast, send the address or general area and I’ll let you know what is realistic.
Do you require long-term contracts or monthly retainers?
No. You only pay for visits and work you approve. If we set up recurring check-ins, they can always be adjusted or paused as your needs change.
Can you help with short-term rental guest issues?
Yes. I can help with guest issues like Wi-Fi or TV not working, access or lock confusion, and small maintenance items that don’t require a licensed contractor. I can also help set up your tech so guests run into fewer problems in the future.
